Issue: On the Seed 48a2c295, High View (Tropical Rainforest) Solo Ranked, only 4 relics spawn.
Repro Steps: Unknown, read below
I attempted to load the same seed into a vs ai skirmish, with the same map and biome settings, but it generated a different layout with the correct number of relics. I even attempted setting both myself and the AI as sengoku, as it was a sengoku vs sengoku mirror, but that still did not recreate the map from the replay, complete with missing relic.
I expect this is probably a fairly tricky bug to pin down so I just wanted to add a seed that will hopefully reproduce it.
