I had the checkmark, was waiting on the loading screen for around 4 minutes.
Eventually i decided to do alt-f4, to find another game,
I lost elo + i was penalized in the queue for 8 mins.
This should not be penalized if i have been waiting for several long minutes in the black screen.
I had loaded, it was the opponent who hadnt, and i had waited for a long time, at least 4 mins
