Opponent paused before losing

My opponent paused his game when I was about to finish him off. It’s been roughy an hour since he has done it. What do I do from here?

Have you tryed to unpause, using your f3 Button?

It repauses when I unpause. I’m on console also.

Apparently there is a pause limit on consoles thank goodness
