pre-made play two game with same Team. But all three of them cannot move at all in both two game

pre-made play two game with same Team. But all three of them cannot move at all in both two game

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. quick game queue the game with 2 pre-made
2. maybe face opponent in 3v3
3. opponent cannot move and resign around 7 min
