I always finding frustrating when my allies dont respond or communicate. i know some people just prefere to play this way and that’s complitely fine, that’s why maybe it would be nice in team games to specify if you’re more a communcating player so you get matched with other communicating teamates…

By the way, teammates who don’t communicate with each other rarely climb the Elo rankings
Yeah I mean player can play however they want after all, but at least for those who want real teamplay, there should be an option

yes, and? Isn’t it a legitimate way to play ranked just to have fun and not care about number go up.
Using ELO to get similar skilled opponents and not see it as a stat that has to be improved.
There’s nothing wrong with being 800 Elo in Team Games, of course. But players who play TG without communicating are very likely to end up at the bottom of the leaderboard, and find themselves playing with other players who don’t communicate either. That’s all I meant.
I think it’s more important for a team to coordinate than to communicate. That is, if a player is still cooperating with the team, then even silence doesn’t really matter.
