Oracle hero line of sight don't expand after ungarisoning

Issue:

When I ungarrison an oracle hero from a building (tower, Sky Passage) or a transport ship his light of sight occasionally don’t expand when idle.

Repro Steps:

  1. Play atlantean (with any major god), garrison an oracle hero in a building or a transport ship, ungarrison the oracle hero, is line of sight don’t expand when idle
  2. This can happen at 50% probability
