Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Chooose The Logistician to age up to Commerce Age
2. Activate Ordinance rifleman in church using church tech

EXPECTED RESULT

^{The player can choose whether to train the Rifleman separately or multiply in both barracks and TC.}
