Are you only making Organ Guns and expecting them to take on Paladins and Battle Elephants? Do you expect them to win that exchange? Organ Guns are fine, they melt archers, infantry and low pierce armour units. They are like scorpions, but more tanky. Put a few halbs in front of them and they should be much more effective.

Hmz I mean about accurate of they, rate for shoot to target very low, 
If you make 5 organ guns and try to fight it might feel that way. Make a lot of them and see how they do against a large group of low p.armor military. In large numbers the scattered projectiles hit a different unit and the net dps is very high.

Mass 50 Organ Guns and youâll obliterate everything in sight along a wide front. The new Organ Guns are not bad at all, and theyâre very cool and satisfying to use once you know what youâre doing with them.

Most gunpowder units have such high damage they are not really effected by PA meanwhile the Organ gun has less base attack then Crossbows and it feels weird. I fine with them being hard countered Mangonels but dealing 1 dmg to paladins just feels wrong. My proposal is they deal 5(x5) and elite has 6(x6) reduce BD against skirm and infantry to 1 however they negate half of Pierce armor.
