I am playing the Christopher de Gama campaign and encountered a bug where my priests were not healing damaged organ guns.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Save a game

  2. Reload saved game

  3. A damaged organ gun might not be healed, but other damaged units can be healed.

You should be able to heal organ guns.
