Organ gun is useless after april update

agjusting a unit is fine, but why do devs always tend to cripple a unit ?

make organ gun do spread damage failed. Besides, now it gets hard counter by huscarls. This is total nonsense! Bullets r supposed to penetrate armor! They should hard counter pierce armor units

Stop messing up the game

What do you think of saracens. Do mamlukes need a 2 pop slot

Honestly, I disagree with organ gun change. Gunpowder are meant to overwhelm high PA. I prefer them to have high main projectile atk. Give organ gun heavy siege class and make their second projectiles unable to ignore PA of siege just like composite bowmen.

I mean devs can make new UU for new civs like current organ gun. (but may be shooting arrows or bolts like galley) Portuguese has received several weird changes imo. (wood bonus for high tier naval civs and low atk gunpowder UU)

I’m not sure that’s actually the case.

I for one really like the new Organ Guns, they feel super cool.

I know, I’m responding to @AbuzzJam4677680.

It’s not the devs problem, I think all this is just in your head. I don’t see how useless are the Organ guns, and I think they are still fine as it is.

Seriously, you must be new to this game aren’t you? Rather than mumbling nutty statements about how the devs screw up the game, why not you either: 1) watch some YouTube plays or something, or 2) this forum and game is not for you, leave us alone ASAP and find another game to play!

Please stop yelling at a banned evader

Most of the balance changes happened to prevent them from breaking through walls, taking out buildings quite fast. Sure a few niche units like huskarls might be too strong against them now but I think they still scale better against most of the commonly produced units compared to before. I think that was the intention.
I know devs have gone back and forth with the balance on many unique units but this organ gun change seems to be well balanced.
