Osiris Piece Box and Osiris Piece Cart have broken history

Issue:

Osiris Piece Box and Osiris Piece Cart have no Compendium descriptions because their history files link to the wrong language strings.

OsirisPieceBox.txt links to STR_HISTORY_TECHS_MYTHICAGEOSIRISPIECEBOX
OsirisPieceCart.txt links to STR_HISTORY_TECHS_MYTHICAGEOSIRISPIECECART

Those strings don’t exist. It looks like their history files were copied and incorrectly modified from Osiris.txt.

The correct string for both is STR_HISTORY_UNITS_OSIRISPIECEBOX
