I’ve done a concept drawing here for an Ottoman town center which shows possible architectural styles for the Commerce / Fortress and Industrial / Imperial ages.

It might be better if other Buildings, such as House, were changed in the historic Ottoman style.
The current Ottoman Buildings look too Iberian.

I tried a different age 2/3 style for the left, using timber architecture. I’m not sure it looks Ottoman enough though.
I’ve been wanting a unique arch set for Ottomans for a while now, mainly due to the Mediterranean/South European/Mexican set being overused by now.
