To test:
Get 2 vizier points as ottoman
Get the ottoman vizier upgrade that unlocks the cavalry archer unit
Make the unit
Have it attack another unit several times, noting the health of the unit before and after each attack
Observe that occasionally the cavalry archer does damage corresponding to 3 arrows per volley (21 total damage against 0 armor) instead of 2 (14 total damage)
