Ottoman Veteran Archers' arrows are way too cool

I noticed Ottoman archers’ arrows have no flame after Incendiary Arrows is researched.

After further experiment, it is confirmed that Ottoman archers’ arrows are WITH flames after researching Incendiary Arrows, but if these archers are upgraded to Veteran, those flames are GONE, their arrows become normal ones again, these veterans are cooled down due to a bug I think so.
