Fortitude is an ability the Sipahi has.

What do you mean? They have it by default.

Look at their command card on the UI.

So there is no button or upgrade , do they already have it?

There is a button.

Click on a Sipahi.

Look in the bottom left of your screen where you have your commands (attack, patrol, etc…).

It is there. Should be the top left most button.
