I know that the ottomans is an imperial civ and buffing its eco will make it OP in late game, but can we stop buffing a mediocre unite like akinji and change something else? The majority of games are decided in feudal or castle and its a real pain playing otto like this! Ps: dont say "make siphai and raid the enemy eco " only monkey ass enemy get damaged this way, not good players
Maybe we can give them an incentive to “Raid” in Feudal if they have “cards”… well, “Vizier technologies” that give them units for it.
Akinci Rush
For example, instead of “Field Works” in the front line, they could have “Akinci” in the front line, and instead of just activating them, they give you 2 for free, so you can annoy the opponent early. That way, you can annoy them at 6 minutes, just like the French or the Mongols.
Early Horseman (I)
Another idea would be to give them something similar to the Mongols: Early Horseman, in military schools. So instead of annoying them with Pirqueros, or rather Spearmans, you can use Horseman in Dark Ages (I). In Feudal Age, the Horseman is replaced by Sipahi in the military school.
Well i was looking at this and i wonder can they get this win rates by istanbul imperial palace.What are your thoughts about this.Also this is only like that in conqueror4 and above:
Akıncı upgardes needs to be free and automatic.Also Istanbul Imperial Palace needs a buff but i cant think what buff it needs.Early game Ottoman is literally hardest in the game i support you in that one.
Field works its the only help you get if you plan to do fast castle, imam can be placed over relics and insta get them so its ok in the frontline. I mean just a little help would be appreciated, like make starts ottoman with 100 of stone instead of 50, so you dont have to start the game sending 5 villagers to stone and make feudal transition 20-30 second earlier or like Beasty said changing anatolyan hill 15% mining rate with wood or food.
I dont agree with that janissaries are gold heavy unit,to make them you need gold.
