Out of Date / Incomplete when updating mods

I keep getting ‘out of date’ when updating mods. I reuploaded my map in a fresh mod and it came through fine. What is causing these errors?
Example: coop_4_taiga & out_of_date are the exact same map.

EDIT:

Removing your mod from the mod page and reuploading can solve the issue

EDIT 2:

For crafted maps it seems if it keeps giving out of date you can make any changes to the .scenario ( I just slightly smooten random bit of terrain) and that can also fix it
