Ozutsu deals no damage to siege anymore

I noticed that the Ozutsu unit no longer deals as much damage to siege units as it used to—instead, it now inflicts very little damage. I understand this change was part of the recent update, but now I’m wondering how it’s possible to complete the achievement of destroying 50 siege units with the Ozutsu. Does anyone know if there’s a new way to accomplish this or any tips for achieving it?

When did they do more damage? They’ve always been very weak vs siege.

Well, this is a long story:

Originally, when the 6th season began: Ozutsu WAS good aggainst Siege weapons.

BUT, one patch latter in the same season, their damage was nerfed so much that they become obsolete aggainst siege.

That is the reason that NEARLY NOBODY has completed this achievement until the 9 season, that supposedly have been worked with their humongous damage.

Now, that many siege units have loss ranged armors, and get ranged resistence, only now, ozutsus can be used to destroy siege circumstantially, but still are weak aggainst many of them.

To the prubs i remit:

Season 6-8

Ozutsu (28) vs Bombard (30)= 1 damage per hit
Ozutsu (28) vs Mangonel + Siege Engineers (20) = 8 damage per hit
Ozutsu (28) vs Springald (10) = 18 damage per hit
Ozutsu (28) vs Springald + SE(20) = 8 damage per hit

The problem is that using Ozutsus vs Mangonels, their counter, was not efective. Less with Springalds wich 10 of range, or 12 if certain thech was developed.

Season 9:

Ozutsu (28) vs Bombard (85%)= 4.2 damage per hit
Ozutsu (28) vs Mangonel (80%) = 5.6 damage per hit
Ozutsu (28) vs Springald (30%) = 19.6 damage per hit

Now at least they do “something” of damage to Bombards and Culverins, and more damage to Springalds, and much better: Siege Enginners don´t improve siege ranged armor anymore.

That was not part of the recent update.

Ozutsu were nerfed shortly after release because they were way too good against everything.
