Issue:
I don’t know if this is a bug or not. When i submit a mod on the site (www.ageofempires.com) it accepts the letter “ü” in decrpitions and title etc. (Latin Small Letter U with Diaeresis) and submits the mod (image 1). If you search the exact mod you’ll see the “ü” letter is replaced with other chars (image 2) That leads me to "Website fully supports utf-8 but game doesn’t.

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:
- Submit a mod with the letter “ü” in description.
- Lauch the game.
- Search for the mod.
- Look at the right description part.
