Constantly getting this. Maybe 50% of games I queue into.

I think this is just another name for ALT F4

No need to treat it as a bug.

That would definitely make sense with the frequency rate. I guess they could change the error message for this code to: “A player on one of the teams decided to Alt-F4, the ■■■■■■■, or maybe just lost Internet connection, the ■■■■■■■.”

I can confirm that on “alt-f4” I get either “failed to join match” or the below error message, or both!

Have the same issue, this occur multiple times in RM Ranked Queue.
