Patch goes on USA time?

So EU always need to wait a day later to play the patch?

Imagine us in South East Asia, patch usually published at around 2am here. So either you have to wake up and hour early so you can play an hour before work. Or you have to wait til Tuesday evening to play.

Is there a exact time and notes before?

… thats literally what EU have to do too… the patch is basically when we settle down to sleep
