Pathfinding should not be omniscient. It should only be aware of what the player knows

Hello,

Thank you for improving the pathfinding ! It’s a very hard task.
It could be a great improvment if pathfinding is not omniscient. It should only be aware of what the player knows.

Unexplored areas should be treated as walkable and navigable, similar to mangrove forests. Enemy buildings that are unknown or have been destroyed since the area was last scouted should also be considered walkable/navigable terrain.

Before the Definitive Edition, a common technique was to place building foundations to reveal areas of the map and see what had been built. A persistent issue is the ability for units to find paths through the Black Forest without needing to explore it first, or to discover openings in fortifications in unexplored parts of the map.
