Issue:
Patrolling with archers or any other ranged units with stand ground while in range of a fleeing enemy causes them to follow the enemy until death or for a few tiles instead of staying in ground and attack from distance until enemy is out of range or eliminated. I observed this bug while playing vs AI, I patrolled near town with stand ground but my units chased fleeing villagers into TC and Castle fire. I reproduced the same thing on editor vs AI. I didn’t try it on a MP game, so I will update in case it pops up in there too.

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:
- Select a group of archers or other ranged units, set them to stand ground and patrol them into an enemy.
- If enemy flees within range they will attack and follow instead of attacking from stand ground
