Pause button is the button active when starting to spectate

Issue:

There are many issues regarding spectating, and I am sure T90Official has reported most of them, but since I don’t think he’d notice this, here it goes: The depressed button when starting to spectate should be the normal speed button. Will it play at normal speed? Probably not, but that’s probably part of another bug report.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the game.
2. Go to Multiplayer.
3. Spectate any match; notice how the Pause button is the depressed button, however, the game is not paused.
