Hey devs,
Since the latest AOE patch, my PC has started randomly shutting down without any clear crash message.
Sometimes it runs for 20 to 30 minutes, and sometimes it shuts down around 10 minutes after a match starts. It happens in both ranked matches and single player, so it does not seem limited to multiplayer only.
Things I have already tried:
Validated game files
Changed GPU
Reinstalled GPU drivers
Downgraded GPU drivers
No overclocking on GPU, CPU, or RAM
PSU seems fine
Other games work perfectly fine, including CS and Dota
Temps seem normal
No system shutdown, only the game closes
My hardware:
Radeon RX 6600 and RX 6600 XT tested
Ryzen 5 5600X
24GB RAM
Latest Windows updates
Latest game version after the patch
This only started happening after the latest patch, so it feels patch related rather than hardware related.
Can someone from the dev team please look into this? Also, if there are specific logs, crash dumps, or Event Viewer details you need, let me know where to find them and I can share them.
