Issue: In The Crucible My perks disappeared

Yesterday I tried to play The Crucible and I had no perks after all the trouble of farming them. More than 7000 perk poits gone

Trigger Event: Steam serbers down?

I dont know if it has anything to do with it, but yesterday the steam serbers went offline and I decided to play a game of The Crucible in very hard dificulty. I didnt have any of my perks and I thought it had something to do with the serbers being down. The thing is I dont have my perks now.

I was playing before they went down and without knowing I closed the game, went on to whatch a movie and then play again, but thats when the serbers went down
