The hero unit “Manco Inca” obtained through the “Manco Inca” shipment from the Peruvian Revolution Home City:
- Has no voicelines
- Misses the “Hero” tag
- Doesn’t regenerate even though, on the unit’s panel, it indicates he does
- Cannot be revived once downed although he cannot “die” : he doesn’t disappear, gets instead downed like a hero but doesn’t regen HP and cannot be revived. He is then permanently stuck at 1HP (he obviously cannot be healed by a priest once downed).
(Before the Open Beta, he didn’t have the Hero Tag, he did regen but couldn’t be revived nonetheless. Figured the Beta was a good time to report it all.)
It feels like Manco Inca should be a hero, like San Martin is for the Argentina Revolt (same type of card/shipment from the Home City). If I am wrong in that regard, please disregard all relevant reported info.

How to reproduce : play as Spain, reach Age IV, revolt to Peru, send the “Manco Inca” Shipment from Home City, get Manco Inca injured and/or downed.
