Petition: Postpone this 3K DLC and rework it

The Tibetan Empire problem is not a too serious problems with the China as I though. They even made movie,… about Tibetan Empire - Tang war. They not deny it as a independent states in the past.

The main problem made Tibetan not avaiable in game I think, lies on the dev and business department of the game

Chinese = Han/Jin Dynasty :rofl:

Someone said on reddit: The devs have betrayed the spirit of the game they were custodians of.

But nothing is lost if they course correct, 3kingdoms can be its own thing like chronicles, kithans-tanguts-jurchens-tibetans can receive their own full fledged dlc with campaigns. So much unexplored history there.

…and finally Armenians should receive a small rework to cav civ.

This patch is absolutely legendary it’s a shame how the dlc has spoiled the celebration. The unique castles are astonishingly beautiful and most of the elite skins are instant classics. The art team deserves accolades!

I think we should focus on one main topic in the forum and keep all the messages there, so the devs can clearly see how disappointed the community is. They need to acknowledge the feedback and offer a way to fix this DLC.

Personally, I’ve bought every DLC to support the franchise — even for AoE3 and the animated icons. But this time, I’m honestly speechless. Rocket carts and fire lancers are cool, sure, but having all this Three Kingdoms content in ranked is just too much. And mixing Khitans with Tanguts? That makes no sense.

I totally agree. I wouldn’t have any problem to delay even for months this DLC if they rework it with solid campaign options. And please, Khitans are without honor, don’t leave them without campaign too. (you already know who must be the hero of the campaign) :stuck_out_tongue:

The simplest solution is to simply change the name of “Wei, Shu, Wu” to “Chinese-Wei, Chinese-Shu, Chinese-Wu” in the multiplayer.

Agreed on the main message.

Tangential: does anyone know if we (not-US) would have to pay the Trump tariffs on this? I guess so.

That’s if there’s a rework and we do buy it.

This…this is why I said petition. I may want to do a poll as well.

You don’t pay tariffs on US things unless your country puts tariffs on the US.

I endorse this 100%, however I don’t think they’ll do it…

Yep sorry, should have been clearer (as I meant reciprocal tariffs), and obviously the tariff situation is very indecisive. My question was more to know if AoEII and DLCs are only labelled as an US product, but I assume there’s no reason why it wouldn’t be.

A tangentially interesting question is how this (tariffs) will affect sales in China, given this DLC is all about China. This might interfere with the reception of the DLC based on gameplay and thematic choices…

Tariffs have nothing to do with electronic games and have almost no impact on Steam/Xbox/PS5
