Petsuchos actual damage wrong after patch

Issue:

Petsuchos damage should 50 pierce/10 divine after patch，but when i test，actual damage is 40pierce/10 divine

and new bug today，Eclipse can only bonus the first damage of the Petsuchos（10Pierce 2 Divine）, not the subsequent damage（30Pierce 8 Divine）

They not fix the bug
