Phoenix wigs out during menu background

Issue:

The Phoenix that flies over the Egyptian menu background jitters around when it flies over the Lighthouse, but it only happens after the menu has looped, not when the game is first launched. It happens consistently for me.

(You can’t tell it’s happening in the screenshot but this is the moment it happens.)

Repro Steps:

  1. Go to the main menu with the Egyptian background.
  2. Wait for the menu to loop back to the start.
  3. Watch the Phoenix as it flies over the Lighthouse.
