ISSUE EXPERIENCED
DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL (below). LIMIT TO ONE BUG PER THREAD.
First: you need to age up with Massachusets, which allows you to call 3 pilgrims for every TC
Second: When finishing your vills, put 15 on training queue and call pilgrims, those in queue will remain traing, even if you reach the vill cap of 99.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- you need to age up with Massachusets, which allows you to call 3 pilgrims for every TC
- When finishing your vills, put 15 on training queue and call pilgrims
- those in queue will remain traing, even if you reach the vill cap of 99.
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
If you call pilgrims, you cant overpop vills to a unlimited number.!
