Playtesting prior to hosting breaks difficulty selection for scenarios

Issue:

Old text
If you select difficulty in lobby, it uses the default difficulty from editor playtesting

This makes trigger condition “Scenario: Difficulty Level” useless for multiplayer

New text:
If you playtest in editor, the difficulty carries over to next multiplayer host

Repro Steps:

Old text:

  1. Set playtest difficulty to difficulty X
  2. Save scenario
  3. Host in multiplayer with difficulty Y, the scenario will default to difficulty X.

New text:

  1. Playtest anything on editor in difficulty X.
  2. Without restarting game host any scenario on difficulty Y. It will default to difficulty X.

The problem isn’t as serious as it seemed

I was wrong, difficulty selection isn’t broken, but playtesting difficulty carries over to next hosted lobby if you don’t restart game

How to repro this bug
Step 1: Playtest anything on editor in difficulty X.
Step 2: Without restarting game host any scenario on difficulty Y. It will default to difficulty X.

It isn’t as urgent as it seemed as it only affects anyone who uses the editor and has easy workaround.
