I enjoy playing the campaigns in RTS games and usually do the first play through on whatever ‘normal’ difficulty is. I then like to try again on harder difficulties later, once I’ve become more familiar with the game. It is a minor annoyance that the game does not track which difficulty you have completed the various missions on. Yes I could try to remember, but sometimes I take a break for months at a time and forget where I was. In AOE2 there was a bronze/silver/gold indicator for each mission and campaign, and I would really appreciate something like this in AOE4. Additional achievements for completing the campaigns on higher difficulties would be neat as well, but even just the indicator would be very helpful for players like me.
Agreed, it seems like the gold icons that come up when you have completed a mission should change to bronze, silver, or gold depending on the difficulty you completed.
