no. its the same mathematical problem for every game. actually even for 2v2, 3v3, … NvN, where each player has the same impact on the outcome of the game

Focus on just playing 1v1s then - the game history you showed is mostly team games, which will take a much, much longer time to balance out in player skill levels by mmr.
Im sure this “pro” just hasn’t been added to the leaderboard yet.
You need to quick queue to actually be matchmade. Otherwise you are just sitting in a public lobby where anyone can join.
