I don’t like double clicking a unit and it would be faster micro for me if I could remap Control+Left Click to be another button other than control.
This insn’t a solution, but it’s helped for me:
swapping places for ctrl and tab and shift and capslock can make for a much more ideal pinkey ergonomics. If you’re very tryhard, it’s 100% worthwile also to swap to a hotkey setup to the right side of the keyboard where lots of modifier keys are more readily available ergonomically to the thumb that’s generally underutilized on left side setups.
