A visible alarm each minute that a players controls king of hill
and the time left of each player to win visible all the time
the said before, is suseful for ffa and peoplethat dont like toplay ont eam receiving orders
- add option to configurate lenght of controlling time
and please when a palyer controls the hills, that the message that blocks view on the middle of the screen doesnt appear anymore
