Please fix the balance of team games

Have you ever had the impression that games are either too difficult or too easy, but never balanced?

When I look for a match, it is very common to see higher level teams like Diamond or Platinum against Gold and Silver.

And so, for example: There are 8 players who have the same level and among them 2 or 3 who play very well. The game usually puts good players on the same team while leaving other teams weak.

It is necessary to fix the balance of the game when composing the teams.

Ive just started going with the flow. In my last game i was placed into a silver game as the only favored player against a 4 stack.

By the end of it i had 1824 kills, 2 people on my team left, and the other guy on my team was having an epiphony becouse we ended up winning.

Its either that or im against a 4 stack of diamonds and my team is silver and i insta lose.

So i just leave those games, and play horde mode in the others.
