Hi a couple of days ago I was playing the game online then I went offline and came back and there was a new patch, Steam updated the game and after launching the game I got the following Error:
“Disconnected
You are currently either offline or not yet signed into Steam / Xbox
Network. Please reconnect to sign in to the game.
Note: Playing the game online is only required on the first launch.
Error code: C00T01R-1X-15 52656C690408”
I have been playing online for two months so this wasn’t my first time playing the game.
also when I use the previous version from Steam → Betas → Previous Live version, I Still get connected to servers and there is no Error but I need the new version to play online, I mean this clearly shows the problem is with the new update but…
I have contacted support but they haven’t been useful at all, just send me a bunch of prewritten copied text without even reading I have said.
These are the things I have tried myself:
- Updating windows
- Updating Graphic Card and other drivers
- Trying with or without VPN
- Trying 2 other Internet Providers
- Steam Status Being set to online
- Restarting PC
- Reinstalling Steam and then importing the game files
- uninstalling the game and downloading and installing it again!
- Verifying game files
- Disabling Antivirus and Firewall ( ESET Smart Security )
- Trying on another PC
- Removing Steam and Xbox and logging in again, logging out of Steam and logging back again, unlinking Xbox
- Disabling DLC’s
- Performing a clean boot
- Updating network driver
