ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When I send the Chinese Immigrants Card in Age 1 it is incredibly cumbersome to build the TP AND it affects the MM recharge (which Im not sure if thats by design or unintentional.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Send Chinese Immigrants
2. Try to Build TP
3. Be Frustrated

Should EASILY place and build the TP.
