First, I want to say thanks for the patch today. Seeing the wood bug squashed, the bloodletting rate adjusted, and the volcano fixed is great for the overall health of the game.
However, I wanted to respectfully ask that the core logic bugs surrounding Aztec Tonalli generation be bumped up the priority list. Specifically, I am referring to the ongoing issues with the math on unit kills:
The Bounty Multiplier: Currently, the multiplier is failing to scale correctly when killing high-value targets. Instead of acting as the intended Tonalli reward, taking down massive threats like Myth units often causes the logic to break or default to the lowest denominator. Players are burning through their armies to kill a Myth unit, only to receive the baseline ~0.75 Tonalli of a regular infantry soldier.
Shorn Ones: These units are still failing to generate their promised bonus Tonalli upon landing kills, completely negating Huitzilopochtli’s major god attribute.
While I know it takes time to trace and fix calculation errors compared to pushing smaller updates, leaving these broken mechanics in the live game makes genuine balance tuning nearly impossible.
