Polish history tab is very bad translated

Polish translation in history menu is very bad. It looks like it was translated via some internet translator.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Turn on game and go to the history tab

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}
For example it should be “Kumanowie”, not The Cumans. Or - another example, it should be “turkijscy” instead of “turkijsi”. There are much more of these uncorrect translation examples - in my opinion it should be fixed by the developers because it just looks bad to have a translation that looks like it was made in 5 minutes.
