Assuming we only have 9 more civs to choose from, from which general areas of the world, would the playerbase be more inclined to want civs from?

I’d love to play an irish civilization, with gallowglasses as unique unit (celts don’t represent irish at the moment).

They do not represent Scots, either. Does not mean they do not cover them.
I think multiple choices should be allowed, because i think africa, south asia, and america all need more love.
