When choosing the “upgraded manufacturing plant” cosmetic in the Portuguese home city, smoke from the left smokestack is visibly rising from the center point of the smokestack. This is the height where the smokestack ends from the nonupgraded version.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Select the Portuguese home city
  2. Select an upgraded manufacturing plant skin
  3. Observe smoke rising from the midpoint of the stack

Smoke should come out of the end of the smokestack
