Priests can convert units after they get aboard transport ships

Issue:

If priests start converting units just before they get aboard transport ships, and are still within range, they eventually succeed, even when their objectives are already INSIDE the transport.

Expected result:

That priests cannot maintain the conversion spell once victims are inside transport ships, hence, not being able to convert them.
