Priests use Conversion (regardless of update 38862)

Issue:

To order an attack move while having priests selected, makes the latter perform conversion towards their enemies, despite update 38862 stating otherwise: Using Attack Move with Priests in the selection group will no longer inspire them to try and convert enemy units who enter their line of sight.”

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Select (at least) one military unit and then (at least) one Priest.
  2. Use the Attack Move command on any part of the map that has enemies around.

This happens everytime priests are in a group of other military units.

Priests in the selection group will attempt to convert enemy units when ordering an attack move, also in build 46777.
