Issue: Being able to do the elite cannon galleon research before doing chemistry and cannon galeon but not being able to build the elite cannon galleons

So far I’ve tried first two missions both with the same problem
Havent played the 3rd one
Skrimish works as it should, chemistry, cannon galleon, elite cannon galleon

I just played the same scenario (Prithviraj 1). I also couldn’t build Cannon Galleons, I researched Elite Cannon Galleon but still couldn’t build any, thus wasted an awful lot of resources with the useless upgrade.
