Problem about event rewards

I play AOE on two computers.
The problem bothering me for a long time , it only happens on AOE3ED.
When the event strats , if I complete one challenge on PC A and unlock the reward icon , then I start game on PC B , the progress of event is successful sync but the reward icon is locked on PC B , and vice versa.

P.S. I always login my xbox account when the game starts.

I got the same problem, event rewards are locked again after changing the computer.
