Problem with Chinese players

Hi,
Lately, I’ve been playing ranked 4v4 games. In one match, I was placed with a team from China – one player was completely inactive and left after 3 minutes, and another, although somewhat active, quit shortly after the first one. I played a new match and got the same team again – both of them left the game exactly after 4 minutes.
I checked their match history on aoe4world and saw that they do this repeatedly.
This kind of behavior ruins the experience for the entire team.

It’s been almost 24 hours since these people were reported in-game and on the forum and no action has been taken. Today they’re back in the game only to leave after 3-4 minutes.
