Profile characteristics screen not showing proper completion percentage

My profile statistics are not synced with my actual campaign progress. I have completed every mission of every campaign on hard mode, and have the gold medals on all of them. This has been my main goal with the game, so I would heavily enjoy this getting fixed. It has continued through restarts and multiple days of not updating. I have the current DLC and have fully completed that as well. I have attached both my profile screen along with all of my campaign screens detailing my gold medals.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play a campaign mission on Hard difficulty.
2. Check profile stats screen.
3. Check to see if percentage matches your overall completion level.

EXPECTED RESULT

Profile is meant to display 100% completion of campaign missions. Currently it only displays 96% despite me having gold medals on all missions and campaigns.

Update on this: Even after completing the recent DLC on hard it still does not show the proper percentage. It now says I have completed 79% of the campaigns and 92% of them are completed on hard, moderate, and standard. No word from anyone on helping with this yet
