As of the beginning of season 7, I am unable to change my profile icon or monument, and both have been reset to the defaults. I have had some minor issues with changing these in the past, but nothing like this. No matter how many times I try to change them, they immediately revert to the default as soon as I click the “save” button. I have not tested this with the coat of arms (because it currently looks the way it should, and I am afraid that it might reset to the default if I alter it), but a friend of mine has reported that they are having this same issue with all three customizables (profile icon, monument, and coat of arms).

Are there any missing rewards bugs???
All the missing rewards will be marked, right? (100%) Monuments, portraits, sentence customization, etc. Is that right??
should the fix also correct errors that have existed for a long time? For example, if you haven’t been able to unlock portraits etc. since the lunar festival and still can’t?

What’s the ETA on this fix being released to the live game? I logged in today and my profile icons are still missing, and I still can’t change my profile/monument icon.

It’s been a while and this bug still exists, I can’t change any customizable in my profile and all the mission rewards don’t appear on my account. Can we have an ETA for the fix?

I have this issue since Rose DLC dropped. Profile icon and monument is bugged, does not change at all after clicking save.
im also not going to change my banner just in case.
Its been years over this issue.
It appears that some people have it certains seasons, then its turn for other players to have the bug.

Is there any news? Right now is completely pointless to even attempt to get rewards from all the different events, and even from the end of season rewards, as we dont even get them.
Its been more than a year, people do leave the game because of this lack of motivation, come on.

To give everyone an update, I still have this same issue over a year later, in April of 2025. I have lost all hope of the issue ever being fixed at this point, and the issue has had a severe negative impact on my motivation to play the game.

Confirming the issue described above is still being worked on and right now is intended to be included in the next DLC, along with the issue with receiving Rewards from Events.
